Ezekiel 23:30–31

30 have brought this on you, because you lusted after the nations and defiled yourself with their idols. 31 You have gone the way of your sister; so I will put her cup into your hand.

30 I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols. 31 Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her cup into thine hand.

30 You brought all this on yourself by prostituting yourself to other nations, defiling yourself with all their idols. 31 Because you have followed in your sister’s footsteps, I will force you to drink the same cup of terror she drank.

30 I will do these things to you because you have gone as a harlot after the Gentiles, because you have become defiled by their idols. 31 You have walked in the way of your sister; therefore I will put her cup in your hand.’

30 have brought this on you. You have had sexual relations with the nations and made yourselves unclean by worshiping their idols. 31 You did the same things your sister did, so you will get the same punishment, like a bitter cup to drink.

30 These things shall be done unto thee, for that thou hast played the harlot after the nations, and because thou art polluted with their idols. 31 Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; therefore will I give her cup into thy hand.

30 These things shall be done unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the nations, because thou hast defiled thyself with their idols. 31 Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; and I have given her cup into thy hand.

30 Your sinning and your prostitution have done this to you, because you lusted after the nations and dishonored yourself with their idols. 31 You’ve acted the same way as your sister. That is why I will put her cup in your hand.

30 These things will be done to you because you acted like a prostitute with the nations, defiling yourself with their idols. 31 You have followed the path of your sister, so I will put her cup in your hand.”

30 have brought this upon you, because you prostituted yourself with the nations and polluted yourself with their idols. 31 You have gone the way of your sister; therefore I will give her cup into your hand.

30 These things are accomplished against you since you prostituted yourself after the nations, and on account of that, you defiled yourself by their idols. 31 You went in the same way of your sister, and I will give her cup into your hand.” ’

30 “That is why you will be punished. You longed for lovers in other nations. You polluted yourself by worshiping their gods. 31 You did the same things your sister Oholah did. So I will put her cup in your hand. It is filled with the wine of my anger.”

30 ‘These things will be done to you because you have played the harlot with the nations, because you have defiled yourself with their idols.

31 ‘You have walked in the way of your sister; therefore I will give her cup into your hand.’
