27 But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?

27 “But one of the men pushed Moses aside. He asked Moses, ‘Who made you our ruler and judge?

27 But the man who was wronging his neighbor pushed Moses aside, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge over us?

27 But the one who was doing wrong to his neighbor pushed him aside, saying, ‘Who appointed you a ruler and a judge over us?

27 “But the man who was treating the other one badly pushed Moses to one side. He said, ‘Who made you ruler and judge over us?

27 “But the one who was injuring his neighbor pushed him away, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and judge over us?
