2 Peter 1:12–13 — The New International Version (NIV)
12 So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have. 13 I think it is right to refresh your memory as long as I live in the tent of this body,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. 13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
2 Peter 1:12–13 — New Living Translation (NLT)
12 Therefore, I will always remind you about these things—even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth you have been taught. 13 And it is only right that I should keep on reminding you as long as I live.
2 Peter 1:12–13 — The New King James Version (NKJV)
12 For this reason I will not be negligent to remind you always of these things, though you know and are established in the present truth. 13 Yes, I think it is right, as long as I am in this tent, to stir you up by reminding you,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — New Century Version (NCV)
12 You know these things, and you are very strong in the truth, but I will always help you remember them. 13 I think it is right for me to help you remember as long as I am in this body.
2 Peter 1:12–13 — American Standard Version (ASV)
12 Wherefore I shall be ready always to put you in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and are established in the truth which is with you. 13 And I think it right, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
2 Peter 1:12–13 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)
12 Wherefore I will be careful to put you always in mind of these things, although knowing them and established in the present truth. 13 But I account it right, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
12 Therefore, I will always remind you about these qualities, although you already know about them and are well-grounded in the truth that you now have. 13 As long as I’m still alive, I think it’s right to refresh your memory.
2 Peter 1:12–13 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
12 Therefore I will always remind you about these things, even though you know them and are established in the truth you have. 13 I consider it right, as long as I am in this bodily tent, to wake you up with a reminder,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
12 Therefore I intend to keep on reminding you of these things, though you know them already and are established in the truth that has come to you. 13 I think it right, as long as I am in this body, to refresh your memory,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)
12 Therefore I intend to remind you continually concerning these things, although you know them and are established in the truth that you have. 13 But I consider it right, for as long as I am in this habitation, to stir you up by a reminder,
2 Peter 1:12–13 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)
12 So I will always remind you of these things. I’ll do it even though you know them. I’ll do it even though you now have deep roots in the truth. 13 I think it is right for me to remind you. It is right as long as I live in this tent. I’m talking about my body.
2 Peter 1:12–13 — New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (NASB95)
12 Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them, and have been established in the truth which is present with you.
13 I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to stir you up by way of reminder,
