THE PRAYER IN THE GARDEN

32 Thenbd they came to a place named Gethsemane, and he told his disciples,beSit here while I pray.”bf 33 He took Peter,bg James,bh and Johnbi with him, and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. 34 He said to them, I am deeply grievedG to the point of death. Remain here and stay awake.”bj 35 He went a little farther, fell to the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the houra might pass from him. 36 And he said, Abba,A Father!b All things are possiblec for you. Take this cupd away from me. Nevertheless, not what I will, but what you will.”
