10After this, the Lord appointed seventy-twoA others, and he sent them ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he himself was about to go. 2He told them,o “The harvestp is abundant, but the workersq are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.r 3Now go; I’m sending you out like lambs among wolves.s
