John 7:22–23
22 “This is why Moses has given you circumcisionl—not that it comes from Moses but from the fathersm—and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.n 23 If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbatho so that the law of Mosesp won’t be broken, are you angry at me because I made a man entirely well on the Sabbath?
