SALMO 110
SIÉNTATE A MI DERECHA
Salmo de David.
Oráculo del Señor a mi señor:
“Siéntate a mi derecha,
hasta que haga de tus rivales
el estrado de tus pies”.
El Señor te entrega desde Sión
un cetro poderoso.
¡Domina en medio de tus enemigos!
Tu pueblo se te ofrecerá
cuando se manifieste tu poder;
con sagrado esplendor,
desde el seno de la aurora,
como rocío te he engendrado.
El Señor lo ha jurado
y no va a arrepentirse:
“Tú serás sacerdote para siempre,
como lo fue Melquisedec”.
El Señor está a tu derecha,
abate a los reyes el día de su ira;
juzga a las naciones,
las llena de cadáveres,
aplasta cabezas por toda la tierra.
En el camino beberá de un torrente,
por ello alzará su cabeza.
