ORÁCULOS CONTRA ISRAEL (4:1–9:9)
DIOS ACUSA A ISRAEL Y A SUS SACERDOTES
Escuchen, israelitas,
la palabra del Señor,
porque el Señor está en pleito
con los habitantes del país,
pues no hay fidelidad ni amor
ni conocimiento de Dios en el país.
Proliferan perjurios y mentiras,
asesinatos y robos,
adulterios y violencias;
los crímenes se multiplican.
Por eso el país está de luto
y todos sus habitantes languidecen;
desaparecen las aves del cielo,
las bestias del campo
e incluso los peces del mar.
