Samuel les ordenó:
— Convoquen a todo Israel en Mispá y yo oraré por ustedes al Señor.
Se reunieron en Mispá, sacaron agua, la derramaron ante el Señor y ayunaron aquel día, diciendo:
— Hemos pecado contra el Señor.
Samuel juzgó a los israelitas en Mispá.
