Aquel día, aunque las fincas
contengan mil cepas,
aunque valgan mil siclos de plata,
cardos y zarzas darán.
Con arcos y flechas penetrarán allí,
pues cardos y zarzas será el país.
En los montes,
antes escardados con escarda,
ya no penetrarán por miedo
a tantos cardos y zarzas:
serán pastizal de vacas,
lugar hollado por ovejas.
