2 Chronicles 16:13–17:1

^13sAnd Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign. ¹⁴And ^sthey buried him in his own sepulchres, which he had made for himself in the city of David, and laid him in the bed which was filled ^twith sweet odours and ^udivers kinds of spices prepared by ^xthe apothecaries’ art: and they made ^ya very great burning for him.

XVII.And ^aJehoshaphat his son reigned in his stead, and strengthened himself against Israel.
