The Future of Bible Study Is Here.
1 Peter 2:7
1 Peter 2:7 — The New International Version (NIV)
7 Now to you who believe, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe,
“The stone the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone,”
1 Peter 2:7 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1 Peter 2:7 — New Living Translation (NLT)
7 Yes, you who trust him recognize the honor God has given him. But for those who reject him,
“The stone that the builders rejected
has now become the cornerstone.”
1 Peter 2:7 — The New King James Version (NKJV)
7 Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient,
“The stone which the builders rejected
Has become the chief cornerstone,”
1 Peter 2:7 — New Century Version (NCV)
7 This stone is worth much to you who believe. But to the people who do not believe,
“the stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone.”
1 Peter 2:7 — American Standard Version (ASV)
7 For you therefore that believe is the preciousness: but for such as disbelieve,
The stone which the builders rejected,
The same was made the head of the corner;
1 Peter 2:7 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)
7 To you therefore who believe is the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of the corner,
1 Peter 2:7 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
7 This honor belongs to those who believe. But to those who don’t believe:
“The stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone,
1 Peter 2:7 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
7 So honor will come to you who believe, but for the unbelieving,
The stone that the builders rejected—
this One has become the cornerstone,
1 Peter 2:7 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
7 To you then who believe, he is precious; but for those who do not believe,
“The stone that the builders rejected
has become the very head of the corner,”
1 Peter 2:7 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)
7 Therefore the honor is for you who believe, but for those who refuse to believe,
“The stone that the builders rejected,
this one has become the cornerstone,”
1 Peter 2:7 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)
7 The stone is very valuable to you who believe. But to people who do not believe,
“The stone the builders did not accept
has become the most important stone of all.”
1 Peter 2:7 — New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (NASB95)
7 This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve,
“The stone which the builders rejected,
This became the very corner stone,”
