Psalm 92

*A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day.

aIt is a good thing to bgive thanks unto the Lord,

And to bsing praises unto thy name, O most High:

To shew forth thy clovingkindness in the morning,

And cthy faithfulness every night,

dUpon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the bdpsaltery;

||Upon the bdharp with a solemn sound.

For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through ethy work:

I will triumph in the eworks of thy hands.

O Lord, fhow great are thy works!

And thy thoughts are very gdeep.

A hbrutish man knoweth not;

Neither doth ha fool understand this.

When ithe wicked kspring as the grass,

And when all jthe workers of iniquity do klflourish;

It is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

But thou, Lord, art mmost high for evermore.

For, lo, nthine enemies, O Lord,

For, lo, nthine enemies shall perish;

All jthe workers of iniquity shall obe scattered.

10  But pmy horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of qan unicorn:

I shall be anointed rwith sfresh oil.

11  tMine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies,

And mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.

12  uThe righteous shall kflourish like xthe palm tree:

He shall grow like ya cedar in Lebanon.

13  Those that be zplanted ain the house of the Lord

Shall kflourish in bthe courts of our God.

14  They shall still bring forth fruit in old age;

They shall be fat and flourishing;

15  cTo shew that the Lord is upright:

He is dmy rock, and ethere is no unrighteousness in him.
