Psalm 146

Praise ye the Lord.

aPraise the Lord, O my soul.

bWhile I live will I praise the Lord:

I will sing praises unto my God bwhile I have any being.

cPut not your trust in princes,

dNor in the son of man, in whom there is no ||help.

eHis breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth;

In that very day fhis thoughts perish.

gHappy is he that hath the God of Jacob hfor his help,

Whose ihope is in the Lord his God:

klWhich made heaven, and earth,

lThe sea, and all that therein is:

Which keepeth truth for ever:

mWhich executeth judgment for the oppressed:

Which giveth food to the nhungry.

oThe Lord plooseth the prisoners:

qThe Lord openeth the eyes of the blind:

The rxLord raiseth them that are bowed down:

sThe Lord loveth the righteous:

tThe Lord preserveth the strangers;

tHe urelieveth wthe fatherless and widow:

xBut the way of the wicked he yturneth upside down.

10  zThe Lord shall reign for ever,

Even thy God, O Zion, aunto all generations.

bPraise ye the Lord.
