30:1–4 These are the words of the Doubter to those who are unsure of God:1 There is no God and we can know nothing of godliness. We are mere beasts, lacking any understanding. We have not mastered wisdom nor are we privy to divine revelation. Who among us can ascend to heaven and return with wisdom? Who can gather the wind in the palm of a hand? Who can catch up the waters in a cloak? Who can set the boundaries of the earth? What is this person’s name? Does she have children? What are their names?
