College This is the rendering of the AV for Heb. mišneh (2 K. 22:14; 2 Ch. 34:22; cf. Zeph. 1:10). It is found in the Targum of Jonathan on 2 K. 22:14 and rests on a faulty combination with Mishnah, the well-known code of laws of the 2nd cent. a.d. The RSV and NEB render “second quarter (of Jerusalem).”
