Meonothai mē-onʹə-thī [Heb meʿônōṯay—‘my dwellings’]. Son of Othniel and father of Ophrah (1 Ch. 4:13f.). The AV omits “and Meonothai” in v 13, following the MT. The RSV and NEB reading is probably correct, following the Vulgate and the Lucian recension of the LXX.
