Magpiash
Excerpt from the Lexham Bible Dictionary, the most advanced Bible dictionary.
One of the leaders who signed the written agreement to keep the law during the time of Ezra and Nehemiah (Neh 10:20). It is possible that “Magpiash” is a spelling error for “Magbish,” the family name for a group who returned from exile, with the reference indicating that the leader of the clan of Magbish signed the covenant (Ezra 2:30).
