Also spelled Ketubim and Ketuvim. The third section of the Hebrew Bible. This is the Hebrew name for the Writings, the Greek, Hagiographa. The three divisions of the Hebrew Bible, the Tanakh, are: Torah (Law), Nebiim (Prophets), and Kethubim (Writings). The books in the Kethubim are usually found in this order: Psalms, Proverbs, Job, Song of Songs, Ruth, Lamentations, Ecclesiastes, Esther, Daniel, Ezra—Nehemiah, and 1–2 Chronicles.
