Idalah idʹə-lä, īdʹə-lə [Heb. yiḏʾa] (Josh. 19:15). One of the towns allotted to Zebulun. It is named immediately before Bethlehem, and thus it is generally identified with Khirbet el-Hawârah (cf. Ḥuryēh in TP Megillah i.1), about 10 km (6 mi) NW of Nazareth, just S of Bethlehem 2.
