Ichabod, Son of Phinehas
Ichabod, Son of Phinehas (אִיכָבוֹד‎, ikhavod). Son of the corrupt priest Phinehas. Ichabod’s mother gave him this name on her deathbed as an act of mourning for the loss of the ark of the covenant (1 Sam 4:21; 14:3).
