Hukkok
Excerpt from the Lexham Bible Dictionary, the most advanced Bible dictionary.
Also spelled Hukok. A town in the territory of Asher, near the border with Naphtali and Zebulun (Josh 19:34). According to 1 Chr 6:75, Hukkok was a Levitical city assigned to the Gershomites out of the territory of Asher. The same Levitical town is called Helkath in Josh 21:31, suggesting Hukkok is an alternate name for that town (compare Josh 19:24–27).
