Chenaanah, Father of Zedekiah
Chenaanah, Father of Zedekiah (כְּנַעֲנָה‎, kena'anah). Father of Zedekiah. Zedekiah was King Ahab’s supporter and a false prophet (1 Kgs 22:11; 22:24; 2 Chr 18:10, 23).

CHENAANAH (PERSON) [Heb kĕnaʿănâ (כְּנַעֲנָה)]. A great-grandson of Benjamin according to one Benjaminite genealogy (1 Chr 7:10). He is one of those Benjaminites described as “mighty warriors … ready for service in war,” a designation particularly given to the descendants of Benjamin through Jediael.
