Ammihud, Descendant of Simeon
Ammihud, Father of Shemuel (עַמִּיהוּד‎, ammihud). A Simeonite mentioned only as the father of Shemuel (Num 34:20). Shemuel was the leader from the tribe of Simeon assigned to assist with the allotment of the land of Canaan to the tribes of Israel (Num 34:16–29).
