14 “And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel.

14 And behold, you have risen in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more the fierce anger of the Lord against Israel!

14 “You’re just like your parents! You’re a bunch of sinners trying to make the Lord angry with Israel again.

14 And here you, a brood of sinners, stand in your fathers’ place adding even more to the Lord’s burning anger against Israel.

14 And now you, a brood of sinners, have risen in place of your fathers, to increase the Lord’s fierce anger against Israel!

14 Behold, you stand in the place of your fathers, a brood of sinful men, to increase still more Yahweh’s fierce anger against Israel.

14 “Now here you are, you bunch of sinners! You have taken the place of your fathers. And you are making the Lord even more angry with Israel.

14 “Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of the Lord against Israel.
