7 Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, “Go to your brother Amnon’s house and prepare food for him.”

7 Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, Go now to thy brother Amnon’s house, and dress him meat.

7 So David agreed and sent Tamar to Amnon’s house to prepare some food for him.

7 And David sent home to Tamar, saying, “Now go to your brother Amnon’s house, and prepare food for him.”

7 David sent for Tamar in the palace, saying, “Go to your brother Amnon’s house and make some food for him.”

7 Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, Go now to thy brother Amnon’s house, and dress him food.

7 And David sent home to Tamar, saying, Go, I pray thee, to thy brother Amnon’s house, and dress him food.

7 David sent for Tamar at the palace. “Please go to your brother Amnon’s home,” he said, “and prepare some food for him.” 

7 David sent word to Tamar at the palace: “Please go to your brother Amnon’s house and prepare a meal for him.”

7 Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, “Go to your brother Amnon’s house, and prepare food for him.”

7 So David sent to the house for Tamar, saying, “Please go to the house of Amnon your brother and prepare food for him.”

7 David sent a message to Tamar at the palace. It said, “Go to your brother Amnon’s house. Prepare some food for him.”

7 Then David sent to the house for Tamar, saying, “Go now to your brother Amnon’s house, and prepare food for him.”
