extol him who rides on the clouds;

rejoice before him—his name is the Lord.

who rides through the desert,

whose name is the Lord.

His name is Jehovah; and exult ye before him.

Make a highway for him to ride through the deserts.

The Lord is his name. 

Celebrate in his presence.

Exalt Him who rides on the clouds —

His name is Yahweh —and rejoice before Him.
