Psalm 102:24–27 — The New International Version (NIV)

24 So I said:

“Do not take me away, my God, in the midst of my days;

your years go on through all generations.

25 In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth,

and the heavens are the work of your hands.

26 They will perish, but you remain;

they will all wear out like a garment.

Like clothing you will change them

and they will be discarded.

27 But you remain the same,

and your years will never end.

Psalm 102:24–27 — English Standard Version (ESV)

24 “O my God,” I say, “take me not away

in the midst of my days—

you whose years endure

throughout all generations!”

25 Of old you laid the foundation of the earth,

and the heavens are the work of your hands.

26 They will perish, but you will remain;

they will all wear out like a garment.

You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away,

27 but you are the same, and your years have no end.

Psalm 102:24–27 — New Living Translation (NLT)

24 But I cried to him, “O my God, who lives forever,

don’t take my life while I am so young!

25 Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth

and made the heavens with your hands.

26 They will perish, but you remain forever;

they will wear out like old clothing.

You will change them like a garment

and discard them.

27 But you are always the same;

you will live forever.

Psalm 102:24–27 — The New King James Version (NKJV)

24 I said, “O my God,

Do not take me away in the midst of my days;

Your years are throughout all generations.

25 Of old You laid the foundation of the earth,

And the heavens are the work of Your hands.

26 They will perish, but You will endure;

Yes, they will all grow old like a garment;

Like a cloak You will change them,

And they will be changed.

27 But You are the same,

And Your years will have no end.

Psalm 102:24–27 — New Century Version (NCV)

24 So I said, “My God, do not take me in the middle of my life.

Your years go on and on.

25 In the beginning you made the earth,

and your hands made the skies.

26 They will be destroyed, but you will remain.

They will all wear out like clothes.

And, like clothes, you will change them

and throw them away.

27 But you never change,

and your life will never end.

Psalm 102:24–27 — American Standard Version (ASV)

24 I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days:

Thy years are throughout all generations.

25 Of old didst thou lay the foundation of the earth;

And the heavens are the work of thy hands.

26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure;

Yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment;

As a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:

27 But thou art the same,

And thy years shall have no end.

24 I said, My •God, take me not away in the midst of my days! …Thy years are from generation to generation. 25 Of old hast thou founded the earth, and the heavens are the work of thy hands: 26 They shall perish, but thou continuest; and all of them shall grow old as a garment: as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. 27 But thou art the Same, and thy years shall have no end.

Even the heavens are the works of your hands.

26 They will come to an end, but you will still go on.

and the heavens are the work of Your hands.

27 But You are the same,

and Your years will never end.
