Psalm 21:4–7

He asked life of thee, and fthou gavest it him,

Even glength of days for ever and ever.

His hglory is great in thy salvation:

iHonour and himajesty hast thou jlaid upon him.

For thou hast made him most blessed for ever:

kThou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.

For the king trusteth in the Lord,

And through the mercy of the most High lhe shall not be moved.

Psalm 21:4–7 — The New International Version (NIV)

He asked you for life, and you gave it to him—

length of days, for ever and ever.

Through the victories you gave, his glory is great;

you have bestowed on him splendor and majesty.

Surely you have granted him unending blessings

and made him glad with the joy of your presence.

For the king trusts in the Lord;

through the unfailing love of the Most High

he will not be shaken.
