Hosea 11:7–10
7 And my people are bent tto backsliding from me:
eThough they called them to uthe most High,
†None at all would vexalt him.
8 wHow shall I give thee up, Ephraim?
How shall I deliver thee, Israel?
How shall I make thee as xyAdmah?
How shall I set thee as yZeboim?
Mine heart is turned zwithin me,
aMy repentings bare kindled together.
9 I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger,
I will not return to destroy Ephraim:
cFor I am God, and not man;

And I will not enter into the city.
