20 And swhiles I was speaking, and tpraying, and tconfessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for bthe holy mountain of my God; 21 Yea, swhiles I was speaking in prayer, even uthe man vGabriel, vwhom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, wtouched me xabout the time of the evening oblation. 22 And yhe informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding. 23 sAt the beginning of thy hsupplications the commandment came forth, and zI am come to shew thee; afor thou art greatly beloved: therefore bunderstand the matter, and consider the vision.
