Romans 13:1

Submission to the Authorities

13 Let every person pbe subject to the governing authorities. For qthere is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.

Romans 13:1 — The New International Version (NIV)

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
