5 Then they said to him, “Please inquire of God to learn whether our journey will be successful.”

6 The priest answered them, “Go in peace. Your journey has the Lord’s approval.”

5 And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous. 6 And the priest said unto them, Go in peace: before the Lord is your way wherein ye go.

5 Then they said, “Ask God whether or not our journey will be successful.”

6 “Go in peace,” the priest replied. “For the Lord is watching over your journey.”

5 So they said to him, “Please inquire of God, that we may know whether the journey on which we go will be prosperous.”

6 And the priest said to them, “Go in peace. The presence of the Lord be with you on your way.”

5 They said to him, “Please ask God if our journey will be successful.”

6 The priest said to them, “Go in peace. The Lord is pleased with your journey.”

5 They said to him, “Please find out from God if our journey will be successful.” 

6 The priest told them, “Go in peace. The Lord approves of your journey.” 

5 Then they said to him, “Please inquire of God so we will know if we will have a successful journey.”

6 The priest told them, “Go in peace. The Lord is watching over the journey you are going on.”

5 Then they said to him, “Inquire of God that we may know whether the mission we are undertaking will succeed.” 6 The priest replied, “Go in peace. The mission you are on is under the eye of the Lord.”

5 And they said to him, “Please inquire of God that we may know whether our journey that we are going on will be successful.” 6 And the priest said to them, “Go in peace. Yahweh is in front of you on the journey you want to go on.”

5 Then they said to him, “Please ask God for advice. Try to find out whether we’ll have success on our journey.”

6 The priest answered them, “Go in peace. The Lord is pleased with your journey.”

5 They said to him, “Inquire of God, please, that we may know whether our way on which we are going will be prosperous.”

6 The priest said to them, “Go in peace; your way in which you are going has the Lord’s approval.”
