Mark 1:44–45

44 and said to him, See that you say nothing to anyone; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing those things wwhich Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

45 xHowever, he went out and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread the matter, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter the city, but was outside in deserted places; yand they came to Him from every direction.

Mark 1:44–45 — The New International Version (NIV)

44 See that you don’t tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.” 45 Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.
