Genesis 3:23–24

23 therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden dto till the ground from which he was taken. 24 So eHe drove out the man; and He placed fcherubim gat the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of hlife.

Genesis 3:23–24 — The New International Version (NIV)

23 So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
