Exodus 35:1–9
35 Then Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said to them, a“These are the words which the Lord has commanded you to do: 2 Work shall be done for bsix days, but the seventh day shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it shall be put to cdeath. 3 dYou shall kindle no fire throughout your dwellings on the Sabbath day.”
4 And Moses spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying, e“This is the thing which the Lord commanded, saying: 5 ‘Take from among you an offering to the Lord. fWhoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as an offering to the Lord: ggold, silver, and bronze; 6 hblue, purple, and scarlet thread, fine linen, and igoats’ hair; 7 ram skins dyed red, badger skins, and acacia wood; 8 oil for the light, jand spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense; 9 onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod and in the breastplate.

1 Moses assembled the whole Israelite community and said to them, “These are the things the Lord has commanded you to do: 2 For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a day of sabbath rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it is to be put to death. 3 Do not light a fire in any of your dwellings on the Sabbath day.”
4 Moses said to the whole Israelite community, “This is what the Lord has commanded: 5 From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze; 6 blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair; 7 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather; acacia wood; 8 olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense; 9 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.

4 Then Moses said to the whole community of Israel, “This is what the Lord has commanded: 5 Take a sacred offering for the Lord. Let those with generous hearts present the following gifts to the Lord:
gold, silver, and bronze;
6 blue, purple, and scarlet thread;
fine linen and goat hair for cloth;
7 tanned ram skins and fine goatskin leather;
acacia wood;
8 olive oil for the lamps;
spices for the anointing oil and the fragrant incense;
9 onyx stones, and other gemstones to be set in the ephod and the priest’s chestpiece.

Let everyone who is willing bring this offering to the Lord: gold, silver, bronze, 6 blue, purple and red thread, and fine linen, goat hair 7 and male sheepskins that are colored red.
