Ephesians 2:22–3:1

22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—

22 In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.

1 For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—

22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,

22 Through him you Gentiles are also being made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit.

1 When I think of all this, I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus for the benefit of you Gentiles …

22 And in Christ you, too, are being built together with the Jews into a place where God lives through the Spirit.

1 So I, Paul, am a prisoner of Christ Jesus for you who are not Jews.

22 in whom ye also are builded together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.

1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in behalf of you Gentiles,—

22 in whom ye also are built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.

1 For this reason I Paul, prisoner of the Christ Jesus for you nations,

22 Through him you, also, are being built in the Spirit together with others into a place where God lives. 

1 This is the reason I, Paul, am the prisoner of Christ Jesusfor those of you who are not Jewish. 

22 You also are being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.

1 For this reason, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—

22 in whom you also are built together spiritually into a dwelling place for God.

1 This is the reason that I, Paul, am a prisoner for Christ Jesus for the sake of you gentiles,

22 in whom you also are built up together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

1 On account of this I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles

22 And because you belong to him, you too are being built together. You are being made into a house where God lives through his Spirit.

1 I, Paul, am a prisoner because of Christ Jesus. I am in prison because of my work among you who are not Jews.

22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.

1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—
