1 Samuel 2:24–25
24 No, my sons! For it is not a good report that I hear. You make the Lord’s people transgress. 25 If one man sins against another, oGod 1will judge him. But if a man psins against the Lord, who will intercede for him?” Nevertheless they did not heed the voice of their father, qbecause the Lord desired to kill them.
1 Samuel 2:24–25 — The New International Version (NIV)

1 Samuel 2:24–25 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
24 Nay, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: ye make the Lord’s people to transgress. 25 If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the Lord, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the Lord would slay them.
1 Samuel 2:24–25 — New Living Translation (NLT)

But if someone sins against the Lord, who can intercede?” But Eli’s sons wouldn’t listen to their father, for the Lord was already planning to put them to death.
1 Samuel 2:24–25 — New Century Version (NCV)

1 Samuel 2:24–25 — American Standard Version (ASV)
24 Nay, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: ye make Jehovah’s people to transgress. 25 If one man sin against another, God shall judge him; but if a man sin against Jehovah, who shall entreat for him?
