Ruth Meets Boaz in the Grain Field

2 Now Naomi had a relativey on her husband’s side, a man of standingz from the clan of Elimelek,a whose name was Boaz.b

And Ruth the Moabitec said to Naomi, “Let me go to the fields and pick up the leftover graind behind anyone in whose eyes I find favor.e
