Lamentations 3:21–23 — English Standard Version (ESV)

21 But this I call to mind,

and therefore I have hope:

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;

his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — King James Version (KJV 1900)

21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.

22 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — New Living Translation (NLT)

21 Yet I still dare to hope

when I remember this:

22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends!

His mercies never cease.

23 Great is his faithfulness;

his mercies begin afresh each morning.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — The New King James Version (NKJV)

21 This I recall to my mind,

Therefore I have hope.

22 Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,

Because His compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning;

Great is Your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — New Century Version (NCV)

21 But I have hope

when I think of this:

22 The Lord’s love never ends;

his mercies never stop.

23 They are new every morning;

Lord, your loyalty is great.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — American Standard Version (ASV)

21 This I recall to my mind; therefore have I hope. 22 It is of Jehovah’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)

21 —This I recall to heart, therefore have I hope. 22 It is of Jehovah’s loving-kindness we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not; 23 they are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)

21 “The reason I can ⸤still⸥ find hope is that I keep this one thing in mind:

22 the Lord’s mercy.

We were not completely wiped out.

His compassion is never limited.

23 It is new every morning.

His faithfulness is great.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

21 Yet I call this to mind,

and therefore I have hope:

22 Because of the Lord’s faithful love

we do not perish,

for His mercies never end.

23 They are new every morning;

great is Your faithfulness!

Lamentations 3:21–23 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)

21 But this I call to mind,

and therefore I have hope:

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,

his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)

21 This I have reminded myself,

therefore I will hope.

22 The loyal love of Yahweh does not cease;

his compassions do not come to an end.

23 They are new in the morning,

great is your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21–23 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)

21 But here is something else I remember.

And it gives me hope.

22 The Lord loves us very much.

So we haven’t been completely destroyed.

His loving concern never fails.

23 His great love is new every morning.

Lord, how faithful you are!

Lamentations 3:21–23 — New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (NASB95)

21 This I recall to my mind,

Therefore I have hope.

22 The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease,

For His compassions never fail.

23 They are new every morning;

Great is Your faithfulness.
