Isaiah 52:6–8
6 Therefore my people will knowj my name;k
therefore in that dayl they will know
that it is I who foretoldm it.

7 How beautiful on the mountainsn
are the feet of those who bring good news,o
who proclaim peace,p
who bring good tidings,
who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion,
“Your God reigns!”q
8 Listen! Your watchmenr lift up their voices;s
together they shout for joy.t
When the Lord returnsu to Zion,v
they will see it with their own eyes.

who publishes salvation,

to see messengers coming with good news!
How beautiful to see them coming down from the mountains
with a message about peace!
How wonderful it is when they bring the good news
that we are saved!
How wonderful when they say to Zion,
“Your God rules!”
8 Listen! Those on guard duty are shouting out the message.
With their own eyes
they see the Lord returning to Zion.
So they shout with joy.
