1 Then there was given me a 1 ameasuring rod like a staff; 2and bsomeone said, “Get up and measure the 3temple of God and the altar, and those who worship in it.

2 “1Leave out the acourt which is outside the 2temple and do not measure it, for bit has been given to the nations; and they will btread under foot cthe holy city for dforty-two months.
