21 Yet this I call to mind

and therefore I have hope:

22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,

for his compassions never fail.

23 They are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;

therefore I will wait for him.”

21 But this I call to mind,

and therefore I have hope:

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;

his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,

“therefore I will hope in him.”

21 Yet I still dare to hope

when I remember this:

22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends!

His mercies never cease.

23 Great is his faithfulness;

his mercies begin afresh each morning.

24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance;

therefore, I will hope in him!”

21 This I recall to my mind,

Therefore I have hope.

22 Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,

Because His compassions fail not.

23 They are new every morning;

Great is Your faithfulness.

24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,

“Therefore I hope in Him!”

21 But I have hope

when I think of this:

22 The Lord’s love never ends;

his mercies never stop.

23 They are new every morning;

Lord, your loyalty is great.

24 I say to myself, “The Lord is mine,

so I hope in him.”

21 This I recall to my mind; therefore have I hope. 22 It is of Jehovah’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness. 24 Jehovah is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

21 —This I recall to heart, therefore have I hope. 22 It is of Jehovah’s loving-kindness we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not; 23 they are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. 24 Jehovah is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

21 “The reason I can ⸤still⸥ find hope is that I keep this one thing in mind: 

22 the Lord’s mercy. 

We were not completely wiped out. 

His compassion is never limited. 

23 It is new every morning. 

His faithfulness is great. 

24 My soul can say, ‘The Lord is my lot ⸤in life⸥. 

That is why I find hope in him.’

therefore I will hope.

22 The loyal love of Yahweh does not cease;

his compassions do not come to an end.

23 They are new in the morning,

great is your faithfulness.

24 “Yahweh is my portion,”

says my soul,

“Thus I will hope on him.”

21 But here is something else I remember.

And it gives me hope.

22 The Lord loves us very much.

So we haven’t been completely destroyed.

His loving concern never fails.

23 His great love is new every morning.

Lord, how faithful you are!

24 I say to myself, “The Lord is everything I will ever need.

So I will put my hope in him.”

21 This I recall to my mind,

Therefore I have hope.

22 The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease,

For His compassions never fail.

23 They are new every morning;

Great is Your faithfulness.

24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,

“Therefore I have hope in Him.”
