John 6:50–53
50 This is the bread awhich cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and bnot die. 51 I am cthe living bread dwhich came down from heaven: eif any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and fthe bread that I will give is my flesh, which gI will give for the life of the world. 52 hThe Jews therefore istrove among themselves, saying, kHow can this man give us his flesh to eat? 53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except lye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and lmdrink his blood, ye have no life in you.

John 6:50–53 — The New International Version (NIV)
50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”
52 Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”
53 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.
