John 17:9–21

xI pray for them: I ypray not for the world, but for them pwhich thou hast given me; for zthey are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and athine are mine; and I am glorified bin them. 11 And now cI am no more in the world, but dthese are in the world, and I come to thee. eHoly Father, fkeep gthrough thine own name those hwhom thou hast given me, ithat they may be one, kas we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I fkept them gin thy name: those hthat thou gavest me I have kept, and lnone of them is lost, but mthe son of perdition; nthat the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 oAnd now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have pmy joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 qI have given them thy word; and rthe world hath hated them, sbecause they are not of the world, even as tI am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest fkeep them from uthe evil. 16 wThey are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 xSanctify them ythrough thy truth: zthy word is atruth. 18 bAs thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I csanctify myself, that they also might be ||dsanctified through the truth. 20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me ethrough their word; 21 That fthey all may be one; as gthou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that hthey also may be one in us: that the world may ibelieve that kthou hast sent me.
