Galatians 4:27–28

27 For it is written, bRejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. 28 Now we, cbrethren, as Isaac was, are cthe children of promise.

Galatians 4:27–28 — The New International Version (NIV)

“Be glad, barren woman,

you who never bore a child;

shout for joy and cry aloud,

you who were never in labor;

because more are the children of the desolate woman

than of her who has a husband.”

28 Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise.
