Acts 13:32–34

32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that ythe promise which was made unto the fathers, 33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath traised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, zThou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. 34 And as concerning that he traised him up from the dead, now no more ato return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you bthe sure mercies of David.

Acts 13:32–34 — The New International Version (NIV)

32 “We tell you the good news: What God promised our ancestors 33 he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus. As it is written in the second Psalm:

“ ‘You are my son;

today I have become your father.’

34 God raised him from the dead so that he will never be subject to decay. As God has said,

“ ‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David.’
