30 I will show wonders in the heavens

and on the earth,

blood and fire and billows of smoke.

31 The sun will be turned to darkness

and the moon to blood

before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

32 And everyone who calls

on the name of the Lord will be saved;

for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem

there will be deliverance,

as the Lord has said,

even among the survivors

whom the Lord calls.

1 “In those days and at that time,

when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,

2 I will gather all nations

and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.

There I will put them on trial

for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel,

because they scattered my people among the nations

and divided up my land.

30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes. 32 And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the Lord has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the Lord calls.

1  “For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land,

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood,

Before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.

32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered:

For in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance,

As the Lord hath said,

And in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time,

When I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,

2 I will also gather all nations,

And will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat,

And will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel,

Whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

30 And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth—

blood and fire and columns of smoke.

31 The sun will become dark,

and the moon will turn blood red

before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives.

32 But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord

will be saved,

for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape,

just as the Lord has said.

These will be among the survivors

whom the Lord has called.

1  “At the time of those events,” says the Lord,

“when I restore the prosperity of Judah and Jerusalem,

2 I will gather the armies of the world

into the valley of Jehoshaphat.

There I will judge them

for harming my people, my special possession,

for scattering my people among the nations,

and for dividing up my land.

30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth:

Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness,

And the moon into blood,

Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.

32 And it shall come to pass

That whoever calls on the name of the Lord

Shall be saved.

For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance,

As the Lord has said,

Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

1 “For behold, in those days and at that time,

When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem,

2 I will also gather all nations,

And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat;

And I will enter into judgment with them there

On account of My people, My heritage Israel,

Whom they have scattered among the nations;

They have also divided up My land.

30 I will show miracles

in the sky and on the earth:

blood, fire, and thick smoke.

31 The sun will become dark,

the moon red as blood,

before the overwhelming and terrible day of the Lord comes.

32 Then anyone who calls on the Lord

will be saved,

because on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem

there will be people who will be saved,

just as the Lord has said.

Those left alive after the day of punishment

are the people whom the Lord called.

1 “In those days and at that time,

when I will make things better for Judah and Jerusalem,

2 I will gather all the nations together

and bring them down into the Valley Where the Lord Judges.

There I will judge them,

because those nations scattered my own people Israel

and forced them to live in other nations.

They divided up my land

30 And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of Jehovah cometh. 32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Jehovah shall be delivered; for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those that escape, as Jehovah hath said, and among the remnant those whom Jehovah doth call.

1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring back the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment upon them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations: and they have parted my land,

30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be changed to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and terrible day of Jehovah come. 32 And it shall be that whosoever shall call upon the name of Jehovah shall be saved: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as Jehovah hath said, and for the residue whom Jehovah shall call.

1 For behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall turn again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will also gather all the nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of my people and mine inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations: and they have parted my land;

30 I will work miracles in the sky and on the earth: 

blood, fire, and clouds of smoke. 

31 The sun will become dark, 

and the moon will become as red as blood 

before the terrifying day of the Lord comes.” 

32 Then whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 

Those who escape will be on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem. 

Among the survivors will be those whom the Lord calls, 

as the Lord has promised. 

1 “In those days and at that time, 

I will bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem. 

2 I will gather all the nations. 

I will bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat.

I will judge them there. 

They scattered the Israelites, the people who belong to me, 

among the nations. 

They divided my land. 

30 I will show portents in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. 32 Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the Lord has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the Lord calls.

30 And I will set wonders in the heavens, and on earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. 31 The sun will be changed to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of Yahweh. 32 And it will happen—everyone who calls on the name of Yahweh will be rescued, because on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as Yahweh said, and among the survivors whom Yahweh is calling.

1  For look! In those days, and in that time, when I will return the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will gather all the nations, and I will bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat, and I will argue a case against them there concerning my people and my inheritance Israel whom they have scattered among the nations, and my land that they have divided.

30 I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth.

There will be blood and fire and clouds of smoke.

31 The sun will become dark.

The moon will turn red like blood.

It will happen before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes.

32 Everyone who calls out to me will be saved.

On Mount Zion and in Jerusalem

some of my people will be left alive.

I have chosen them.

That is what I have promised.

1 “At that time I will bless Judah and Jerusalem

with great success again.

2 I will gather all of the nations together.

I will bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.

There I will judge them.

I will punish them for what they have done

to my people Israel.

They scattered them among the nations.

They divided up my land among themselves.

30 “I will display wonders in the sky and on the earth,

Blood, fire and columns of smoke.

31 “The sun will be turned into darkness

And the moon into blood

Before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.

32 “And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the Lord

Will be delivered;

For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem

There will be those who escape,

As the Lord has said,

Even among the survivors whom the Lord calls.
