Luke 5:24–25

24 But that you may know that zthe Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins—he said to the man who was paralyzed—I say to you, rise, pick up your bed and go home.” 25 And immediately he rose up before them and picked up what he had been lying on and went home, aglorifying God.

Luke 5:24–25 — The New International Version (NIV)

24 But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” 25 Immediately he stood up in front of them, took what he had been lying on and went home praising God.
