It is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the fhell3 of fire.
Matthew 18:8–9 — The New International Version (NIV)

It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
Matthew 18:8–9 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. 9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
Matthew 18:8–9 — New Living Translation (NLT)
8 So if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one hand or one foot than to be thrown into eternal fire with both of your hands and feet. 9 And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.

It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.
Matthew 18:8–9 — New Century Version (NCV)

It is better for you to have only one eye and live forever than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.
Matthew 18:8–9 — American Standard Version (ASV)

Matthew 18:8–9 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
8 “If your hand or your foot causes you to lose your faith, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hellfire.
